I do accept PayPal, check, US cash, and money order. Prices include 1st-class
shipping in the US. I do accept non-US orders, but shipping is more. Send me an
email. I'm open to offers. I'm also open to trades, but I'm pretty picky.

Discs/tapes/LPs are all in good to great shape and not promos, except where
noted. If you order two or more items, you'll get a free CD of my choosing,
while supplies last.

thanks!
Mike

Since google offers the service I think it's completely okay to use it
(millions do). Besides, for the last time this isn't my own computer.
It's just one of the several thousand computers at the university. And
even if I managed to use my home computer I think it might be somewhat
problematic trying to cram anything usenet related to my C64.

Riiiight. "..." sets up a Linux machine at home that runs a script to read
usenet and feed it to a web page. He then uses his university's browser and
http proxy to connect to his home machine. How is that different from using Google?

i'm pretty sure i've seen at least a few usenet proxy servers that are
configurable from within certain usenet progs like slrn, tin, etc.

Possible, but assumes ... has access to those servers, and can use of of those
newsreaders on his university's workstations.

Anyway, since he says he's happy with Google, there's no really point in
discussing alternatives.

Particularly since ones choice of newsreaders should have um... nothing to
do with pleasing random people over usenet.
