Well this is it folks! For those of you who have not been tuning in
regularly and missed on the "Special Announcement" during the radio
broadcast, both myself and DJ EBM Bert have collectively decided to
close the production of the EBM radio show on CIUT 89.5 FM in Toronto,
CANADA.

There are various reasons why we both decided to terminate production
of the radio show but the main reason is that promotion of music
especially electronic music has changed over the past 10 years
dramatically. Hence we both agreed that this radio show was not
serving its purpose and audience alike and other avenues of promotion
are best suited to promote this kind of music.

Right now I debate whether I should switch to internet radio as that
avenue as well is experiencing changes in regulation of broadcasts and
performance right issues. So producing a radio show in any event is
on hiatus for myself for the present moment.

Below is the playlist from the last radio show which i specially
compiled for the occassion and to mark our 9th anniversary on CIUT
89.5 FM It is a special compilation of interviews, live tracks and
tracks from releases to represent the various artists EBM has worked
with both in promotions and production of the radio show. It took
around 15 hours to compile and would have taken longer if i did alot
of audio processing and mastering on the tracks. but i decided not to
preproduce it to death to avoid any kind of file sharing of these
tracks online, etc as this is a habitual problem with music these
days.

I hope you enjoyed the show and my apologies in the delay in sending
this playlist. I am a habitual workaholic and tend to pack myself
with work 7 days a week.

Note the minute I post a more or less complimentary followup to one
of these playlists the show goes off the air.

Who should I compliment next?

And am I to blame for what happened to Laether Strip, after complimenting
his _The Rebirth of Agony_ so often and much?

Ha! remember my arguing, in my very death-post mentioned above, the
valedictory feel of "Worlock" (although probably misspelling it) . . . ?

Da-*daa*-daaaahhhhhhh, *dat*, *daaaAHHHHHH* . . . .
