Could someone knowledgable out there please tell me which group has the t-shirt
that says "FUCK ART LET'S KILL". Some of the people i've asked think it's
Thrill Kill Kult, others say it's probably Sonic Youth, but nobody can tell me
for sure.
Also, any additional info about this quote ("fuck art let's kill") or the band
that made it would be greatly appreciated. Particularly: does the quote come
from a song or album, or is it just on the t-shirt? who are the members of the
band, and is there any one particular member who is known to be responsible for
that quote?

You're looking for Chemlab. The front said CHEMLAB and the back, well ...

I still have one of these from 1993, although it doesn't fit quite so well.

They also had a variation that they'd hand out at live shows which said
"I FUCKED CHEMLAB"

The history is that someone (Ogre?) was wearing the shirt on stage of a
Ministry show, from The Mind Is A Terrible Taste tour. At least that's
my fuzzy memory of the situation.

I had a shirt that said "fuck art lets kill" and it was from a California band SlamHound. They were an unsigned punk band. (Not the glam band Josh Todd was in)
