dayv! is a bitch.

Voltaire is a tree-hugging socialist, which is even worse.

DJ Todd needs to prioritize...music is more important than marriage.

Tom Shear has a shiny head.

Drew from Toronto is too well educated for his own good. And his wife
is hot.

Erica should have been born a thousand km northeast of seattle, and then
she could have been my evil sidekick.

That guy from consume is a fucking asshole. He's too lazy to write new
records, he just sits around and gets fat off his royalties.

Anyone remember me? Is anyone I know still here?

So, what's new in bangclang music? Is that depeche mode sounding girly
shit still running things?

Although never other than a rare participant, due to low disc- buying
rate, lack of access to a decent radio station or club, etc.--

Still, when I subscribed to weigh in with an inquiry and observation
the other day, I was shocked at the low level- o'- traffic.

_Eheu! fugaces!_ indeed.

Traffic has been low, and I think you can equate it to a definite
lack of interesting releases, not as much as there haven't been
interesting records, but they've been way out of the way, like Land
and such...Just my opinion...

I'd put industrial- electro- industrial- EBM- electronic (IEEE) music,
along with the "progressive rock" of the early '70s, up against not
only the popular but even the serious music of any era, meself.

Shouldn't you be dying in Iraq right now? I could have sworn you were gonna
sell your soul to the man to go kill babies.
No, AFGHANISTAN.

Jeez, get it right, Moron.

Yeah well, I've put that on hold until I straighten my life out and finish
my degree. Can't think of any other place a history degree will do you any
good outside of a university campus, anyway. After that, don't you worry,
I'll be defending the freedoms people mostly use to attack the society that
grants them. At least I won't be in our navy, which consists of a mounty
in a canoe.

I don't think you should be allowed to retaliate until you post some
new tunes. Nope.
That would necessitate having new tunes to post. Shit, I can't even access
my mp3.com page because I forgot the password. Other than a remix for
Landscape Body Machine and some gabber shows, I haven't done anything
musically for like 2 years. Although, for the first time in a long while,
I have a working soundcard and speakers on my made-from-scrap-parts
frankenkomputer, so maybe I'll get off my ass and do something soon. That
is, if I can find a job and not get evicted. Real life sucks kids. If
your parents don't beat or rape you, never leave home. It's the best deal
you'll ever get.

I should get back into the scene with a spectacular comeback show with
Kompressor.

Hey, be nice to DM. Martin Gore's latest 12"s have remixes by Uwe Schmidt

Plus they're my favorite pop band. I can proudly say I like good pop music

So do I, but when I want to discuss it I'll post to a pop newsgroup, and
when I want to listen to it I'll go to a pop night. Hence, my ire that it
seems to have taken over the club scene. Not that it's more "industrial"
or anything, but you used to be able to hear angry electro at club nights
back in the day. I don't want to hear about bald european guy's
girlfriends in music, I want to hear about anger and revenge. I guess
since goth music no longer exists as a genre, the spookybop kids need
something to prance about to.

You need some hardcore techno in your life.

I already have some. About half of the shows I've played in the last 2
years have been hardcore parties. I love those kids.

So, what's new in bangclang music? Is that depeche mode sounding girly
shit still running things?
Why does this remind me of _The Stoned Age_?
