Flatline Construct
Primitive Man in the Information Age
cassette
$5 ppd in US
Flatline Construct, one of Canada's premier names in
Industrial/Noise/Heavy Electronics has returned. Ryan Bloomer (also of
Stegm), based in Toronto has brought Flatline Construct back into the
spotlight after a couple of years on hiatus in 2003 with a series of
new releases, and this one probably the most unique. Primitive Man in
the Information Age consists of two amazing analog movements created
with both of exquisite composition and dynamic execution, constant
motion, rapid cuts and shifts. Hard noise blasts intercut an
ethnic/tribal atmosphere to push this release into a realm untouched
previously by a noise artist. Simply put, any words fail to do this
release justice. This cassette is released in an edition of 70.

-Still Avail-

Prurient
Troubled Sleep
CD
$11 ppd in US
A sinister, raw and dense existential narrative focusing on domestic
dread and fear, night panic, night terror, alienation and
disenchantment. Fast currents of textural noise alternate with slow
damaged industrial noise and deep ambient drone structures adding to
the tension that never seems to reach the breaking point. Intensely
personal with feelings of suspended fear and drawn futility.

Circles
CD
$11 ppd in US
Totally barbaric and brutal. Over sixty minutes of dark, broken,
blistering and damaged synth heavy noise exploring sexual confusion,
rejection and self-destruction. Overbearing and always evolving sounds
create layer upon layer of pain and frustration which blend together
to form a massive wall between the artist and the outside world.

-LAST COPIES-

Pine Tree State Mind Control
Horchata
split cassette
$5 ppd in US
This is truely a dark electronics masterpiece. Both artists styles
work beautifully together to provide a haunting audio experience, an
amazing yet chilling desolate auditory atmosphere. Edition of 75.

Stolen Light
Blind Again
cassette
$5 ppd in US
An amazing mix of huge walls of noise with some nearly unrecognizable
vocals. Sixty minutes of none stop intensity. Definatly not to be
missed as this is one of the strongest Stole Light releases. Edition
of 65.
