NEW RELEASES for SEPTEMBER 1st 2004:
-055 CANDIRU / Unreleased And Dug Out
USA's CANDIRU slew the underground with 1993's "Unloved And Weeded
Out" on Relapse Records - Hooking up with DTRASH after Schizoid
covered their "Poison Mouth" track, they now give us this exclusive
collection of unreleased post "Unloved" demos for what would have been
the 2nd full length album, a lost chapter in the book of industrial
grindcore rock - Surreal oldschool industrial metal and experimental
music influenced by Godflesh, Skinny Puppy, Coil, Zeni Geva.
-056 HANSEL / Subatomic.Particles EP
Quickly following up the massive "Studies" 3xCD release, HANSEL
continues to dissect and destroy musical convention with this 4 song
EP - Eluding to the future sound of their next full length, this will
be available only from www.hansel.org as a free CD for signing
Hansel's mailing list until a month or two down the road when we will
MP3 it as well - New material on this EP finds the guys throwing in a
bit more of their classic music tastes, meshing that against
simplified but unique beat structures, over top there being delivered
a mouthful of streams of consciousness - the HANSEL sound, more
refined and infectious.
